About cancellation
*Cancellation must be made by the day before. *If you cancel on the day. Full penalty will be charged.
*Cancellation will be accepted one month prior to the date of arrival during a peak season and consecutive holidays.
*If you cancel between one month and a day before the date of arrival, 30% of the rate will be charged as the cancellation fee.
*We may contact you for cancellation in case of a bad weather such as a typhoon.
*If you cancel from 7days brfore to the day before in advance, cancellation charge will be 30% from usage amount.
